YES, I know that Ikkaku's actual Bankai doesn't have a manifested dragon like this. BUT, courtesy of artistic license (and given the name of his Bankai), I decided to add a 'light-dragon' just for effect.

Inspired by the most FANTABULOUS trailer-AMV EVER.

Thanks to 's encouragement (who describes the members of Squad 11 as "batshit insane"...a perfect description if ever I've heard one. *lol*), I kicked it into high-gear to get this one done. XD The first night I started the Photoshop work, I didn't get in bed until 5:15 am. *lawl* I was THAT excited about it.


I seriously worked on this thing until --on a DAILY BASIS-- my neck was cramped up and my butt hurt from SITTING IN THIS [CENSORED] CHAIR.
I hate this thing.
It's like...rough linen...or canvas. And the cushion has no give, whatsoever.

Anyhow, Schreiend & I have concluded that we --in the Bleach world-- would basically be the female equivalents of Baldy-kun and Yumichika. (*lolz0rs*... )
Seriously. We've decided that she loves the pretty boys (and prettiness overall ^^), wheras I'm more likely to just randomly wail on someone, try dancing and end up looking like a dork, and I have an affinity for sharp objects.
For example, I have 2 daggers and a spear on display in my room. And that's not even counting the other stuff I've got in my closet.

I really need to hang that Bastet sword up, too...

YES, this one is my new "Featured Deviation".
Now now... Don't go berserk on me. This one being my new Featured doesn't mean that I like it better than "That Fateful Night". While Ikkaku is my favorite character from "Bleach", that series is NOT kicking FMA out of my #1 Anime spot, and Greed's still my favorite anime character overall.
Back to the "Deviation" discussion, I think that this particular fanart gives a better and more up-to-date representation of my gallery (since "TFN" was finished in Jan '06, for Pete's sake. XD). However, you guys know that I have an ENORMOUS emotional connection to that Ed/Greed pic. ^^ I did that one as a tribute to my dear ol' Fluffy, and I feel that I put more of my heart and soul into that one than any other fanart that I've made so far.
This one might steal the show for now, but "TFN" is always gonna have a special place in my heart. ^___^
